What to Expect

We will be happy to give you a tour of our boarding facilities and answer any questions you may have.

If your pet has never boarded before, bringing familiar bedding or toys may help them feel more at home.  Most pets adapt to their new environment quickly, and our staff will provide lots of extra attention to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy.  (If you do bring bedding, please make sure that the bedding is machine washable.)

To provide the very best experience individually tailored to your pet's needs, we strongly encourage you to complete the 'Pet Profile' in our menu.  If your dog is sociable and enjoys activity, they can participate in group play.  If your dog or cat prefers solitude, we are always eager to offer a quieter area with personalized attention like belly rubs and ear scratching.

We feed high quality Science Diet foods.  If your pet is on a special diet, bring their food in daily portions labeled with your pet's name.  Feeding a familiar diet helps to reduce stomach upset associated with diet change.   Food and water intake is  closely monitored for all of our guests.

If you have more than one family member staying with us, let us know if they want spend time together or share meals together.

If your pet becomes ill while staying with us, we will contact you immediately.  Our nearby affiliate, Cordova Veterinary Hospital, can provide medical care if needed.
